Go PACKERS Go. Tonight is Green Bays first pre-season game so of course our AG screen saver, wallpaper, etc. has been replaced with everything GBP! I'm still looking for the elusive football helmet that will fit our AG girls. A whole line-up of AG Packer players would be the bomb!!! Keep me in mind while you are all out shoppping. I don't care what color the helmets are, so long as they could be painted and won't deform any little AG noggins. [img]wink.gif[/img] In the meantime, Goooooo Pack! ~Bugs

LOL you sound like my daughter when it's college football time. She's not much into the pros but if Ohio State or UConn is playing, she's glued to the TV--right now all she does is watch OSU football videos on YouTube, lol.

Too bad the football games don't do like the baseball games and have a special ticket day when you can get an AG football outfit--or randomly be chosen to get one like they recently did at the Reds game on 8/6. You'd be in 7th heaven if you got a mini Packers outfit! [img]wink.gif[/img]

I guess they still think football is geared more towards guys and baseball kinda is both. I know almost as many football-crazy women as I do men--I'm not one of them, but I smile and nod and act like I know what they're talking about esp. when DD goes Buckeye crazy! hehe.

Might I suggest a cheerleading squad? I have a slew of green & gold uniform fabric, as those were the school colors were I used to work. I'd be glad to pass it along to you very inexpsensively or make you some uniforms.

Just remembered... I have a green and white uniform already made and ready to go.

I think a football uniform would be cool. I of course would choose a different team than the Packers, but that's me. I know plenty of women who are nuts about football.

Well, the Pack perhaps should have just packed up and went home last night. Not a good showing for the green and gold. Thanks for all of the great uniform advice. Of course [img]wink.gif[/img] , I have the GBP Build-a-Bear uniform (maybe more than one but who?s counting) but the helmets are fabric, not the real thing. I also have 5? miniature collector Packer helmets but they put a little squeeze on the girls? heads. I?ve made the girls uniforms and plan to set the mini helmets next to them for a photo-op, but I sure would love to have a few football helmets that actually fit the AGs. Currently, we?re waiting for a paper mache cheese head to dry and plan to make a couple of the girls crazy fans. Thanks for the cheerleader offer Heather. Green Bay has the college girls cheer their games so there is no flashy girl thing going on. We have several GBP cheer items around the house, but again ? I WANT a whole offensive line!!
